Our Commitment to Environment: RoHS Compliance
In 2005, ahead of our competitors, we replaced all our materials with RoHS-compliant alternatives. We have established internal regulations for environmental hazardous substances to strictly manage and control chemical contents under the following criteria:
• Lead (Pb) Content Limits:
• Copper alloys: Less than 4 wt%
• Aluminum alloys: Less than 0.4 wt%
• Steel materials: Less than 0.35 wt%
• Cadmium (Cd) Content: Managed under 75 ppm
★Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+): Elimination of hexavalent chromate treatment (Trivalent chromate plating is used for all zinc-plated surface rust prevention).
Since we strictly do not use any materials or treatments that violate the RoHS Directive, you can use our products with complete confidence.
Material Management System and Traceability via Proprietary Software
We utilize our own proprietary material management software to centrally control everything from ordering and receiving to inventory, mill test certificates, and material lot numbers. By linking this data with the "chronological serial number" printed on each product's identification label, we have established a system that allows us to instantly trace which material lot a product was made from and verify its exact chemical composition (mill certificate). This robust traceability ensures the highest quality and reliability of our products.

We constantly monitor our electricity demand values to actively reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote energy conservation.
