How to Order
We make ordering simple. Just follow the steps below
Step 1: Inquiry
Please submit your inquiry using the contact form on our website.
Kindly include details such as product specifications, quantity, and desired delivery date.
Step 2: Quotation
Based on your request, we will provide a quotation including pricing, lead time, and terms within 3-4 business days.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
Once you approve the quotation, please issue a purchase order (PO) or confirm your order in writing.
We will then send you an order confirmation and the Invoice
Step 4: Payment
Payment terms are mandatory and will be clearly specified in the invoice (e.g., bank transfer, credit card , PayPal in advance).
An invoice will be issued after order confirmation, including payment details such as bank transfer information and due date.
Step 5: Production
For custom-made products or items not in stock, production will commence after order confirmation
and/or receipt of payment, depending on the agreed terms.
Lead time will vary depending on the product specifications and order quantity.
For in-stock items, shipment may be arranged promptly after order confirmation and payment.
Step 6: Shipping & Delivery
After completion, the products will be shipped.(FedEx, UPS and Japan Post Services)
Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
