1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order since it is a prepaid purchase, as long as you do so before making the payment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2.Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
3. Defective / Incorrect Items
These cases are handled separately with priority.

Size and quantity can be changed before payment is completed.
No changes can be made after the order has been shipped.
7. Custom / Bulk Orders
Custom-made items are non-cancellable.
Bulk orders are non-refundable.
8. International Orders
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays.
Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are not available in the event of delivery delays.
9.Product Specifications
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct specifications, including size, thread type, and material.
