For over 50 years, our company has been dedicated to the precision turning of small screws, continuously refining our expertise and technology. Although screws may appear to be simple components, they serve a wide range of purposes across many industries—not only for fastening and securing, but also for adjusting distances and transmitting motion, making them highly versatile and essential elements.
Among these, we specialize in the production of slotted set screws, delivering products that meet the diverse and evolving needs of our customers. Over the years, we have consistently worked to enhance our manufacturing capabilities through in-house machine modifications, as well as the development and improvement of control systems. As a result of these efforts, we are now able to manufacture set screws with an overall length shorter than their nominal diameter—something generally considered difficult to achieve.
Through this website, we are pleased to introduce our products, DELscrew, to a wider audience and hope they will serve the needs of many customers.

What is : MONOZUKURI
The word simply means "The process of making" or "making some things" , but "MONOZUKURI" has more intense meanings. The literal translation does not convey the real connotation of "MONOZUKURI".
It's a one of unique Japanese manufacturing way and style. Additionally, it is a special Japanese character as same as Sumo, Zen and Judo.
Japanese products are known worldwide for higher quality, and this stems from the Japanese culture "MONOZUKURI". It has a deeper impression of skilled craftsmen pouring heart and soul into Japanese people work. They are keeping an effort regardless of times or Cost.
That is the essence of "MONOZUKURI".
